Meet Your Instructor - Timothy W. Tucker

In addition to the information contained in his bio section, he is a member of Traders Point Christian Church in Zionsville, Indiana. Tim accepted Christ at the early age of 8 years old, on August 1, 1981 under the stars at a Christian Youth Camp in Versailles, Indiana.

Tim truly believe’s what Tim Keller, former pastor of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Manhattan says, when he wrote: “The gospel is not just the “A-B-C” but the “A-Z” of the Christian life. The gospel is not just the way to enter the kingdom [of God], but it is the way to address every problem and is the way to grow at every step. It tells us that we are more wicked than we ever dared believe, but more loved and accepted than [we] ever dared hope — at the same time. In fact, if the gospel is true, the more you see your sin, the more certain you are that you were saved by sheer grace and [the] more precious and electrifying that grace is to you.”

Small Groups have one simple purpose, to bring people together.

We believe God created us to live in relationship with others, and only then can we live the full life He intends for us. Sharing life through community is part of our design, but meaningful relationships aren’t always easy to find. That’s why Small Groups exist, to make these life-changing relationships relevant and accessible to you.

With that in mind Tactical Advantage offers a number of customized classes that provide a concentrated overview of specific Self-Defense topics with a biblical perspective. Each of the classes are designed to fit your small groups needs ~ no matter the groups size, age, physical abilities or lack of previous training of any kind. Each class is approximately 2 +/- hours. In addition your group will have the use of our three thousand foot facility equipped and ready with an indoor laser shooting range, tournament size ping-pong table, patriotic corn hole boards, numerous game ideas, flat screen TV and projector if your group would like to stay later for a movie. We also fully equipped with tables and chairs if you would like to cater in or bring a meal with you.

Class Topics range from:

  1. Self-Defense - (Ephesian 6:12)

  2. Verbal Judo “Communication”- (Proverbs 12:18)

  3. PreFense “Self-Awareness & Preventative Defense” - (Romans 12:2)

  4. Basic Firearms Class “Firearm safety, handling, storage, ammunition and proper operation” - (Nehemiah 4:17-18)

Classes are offered specifically for Small Groups actively involved with an established local Church. The classes are held at Lebanon Martial Arts Academy, 1616 North Lebanon Street, Suite 1, Lebanon, Indiana. Classes are primarily scheduled for the afternoons and evenings on the weekends. Traveling off-site can also be scheduled during the week.

Come with an open mind, willing to have fun, to learn and to participate. Dress accordingly and bring your Bible or electronic device loaded with the Bible app.
